We guarantee all materials, components & workmanship and at our option, will repair or replace any defective part or product.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, poor maintenance practices or normal wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee. Any claims under this guarantee made from countries other than New Zealand will incur freight & handling charges.

All guarantee claims must be made through a Kilwell stockist and be accompanied with your PROOF OF PURCHASE document.


Kilwell offer a comprehensive after sales repair service for all repairs not covered by this guarantee.
