Halkey Roberts is conducting recalls of life jackets and personal flotation devices containing its 3F Single Point Manual Inflator (Model No. V96000).
Products Affected
Response Manual Inflatable 150N Lifejacket (Model RI150) and Response Stormrider Softshell Inflatable Jacket (150 rating).
Recalled inflators are marked “V96000 Halkey Roberts ®” and have a manufacture date between 4 June 2021 and 15 April 2024 (this will be laser printed in the format MM/DD/YY).
Halkey Roberts is conducting a recall of its 3F Single Point Manual Inflator (Model No. V96000) contained in life jackets and personal flotation devices.
The product is being recalled because the indicator status on the inflator is faulty. The indicator may show the life jacket is ready for use (green or partially green) even when the gas cylinder is empty, removed, or not connected properly.
Affected inflators are marked on the inflator’s grey body with a “V96000” and have a laser marked manufacture date between 4 June 2021 and 15 April 2024 (format MM/DD/YY).

Use an alternative lifejacket / PFD (personal floatation device) in the short term.
