The Free Shipping option is for retail online sales only and is not available to the trade. During the check-out process, you will have a choice regarding freight. The goods can be sent to your address, with the cost added to your order, or you can nominate your preferred retail sports store as the delivery address, and have your order sent there, freight free.

If you choose a “favourite sports store”, the goods will be couriered to the store and you will be able to pick them up in a few days. We endeavour to ensure that orders will be dispatched within two business days of the order being placed. You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders should arrive within 3 -5 working days. The order belongs to you, not the store and they will not open your parcel. They are simply holding it for you to collect and the store WILL NOT contact you when the parcel arrives. It is up to you to contact the store please.
